Awesome place with friendly staff, 24-hour reception, and great wi-fi. I remember the staff helped me return my forgotten belongings. I'd recommend trying the in-room breakfast! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Fairly clean hotel in a neat building near restaurant and centre. Appetising food combined with a great service. Incredible and handy location to great golf courses, easy to get around. Pleasant venue by River Stour.

We were very well looked after by polite, friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and the en-suite was very modern with a large shower. Dinner in the restaurant was easily equal to a decent London restaurant. The service and food were excellent. The surrounding area is very quaint and restful. All in all a nice way to escape the stresses of city life.
